FAQ

Everything about ordering custom motel keychains — and if your question isn’t here, just call or text us.

Ordering

What’s the minimum order?
Our minimum is just 12 pieces for standard acrylic, wood, or leatherette keychains. Smaller sample or mixed-material runs can be quoted case by case.
Is there a maximum order size?
No. We regularly produce runs into the tens of thousands for hotel groups and multi-property portfolios.
Can I order a sample before a bulk run?
Yes. We can produce a pre-production proof so you can approve the physical keychain before we run the full order — ask us for terms when you request your quote.
Can I mix products or styles in one order?
Yes. Combine styles — say a Classic Fob Keychain for standard rooms and a Leatherette Bound Keychain for suites — and the combined volume counts toward your price tier.
Can I reorder later and match my last batch?
Yes. We keep your artwork, numbering scheme, and material specs on file, so reorders match your previous run exactly and move faster.

Design & Artwork

Do you charge for mockups?
No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. You only pay once the design is signed off and production begins.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are ideal. If you only have a photo or a PNG, our designers will recreate your logo print-ready at no charge.
I don’t have a logo — can you help?
Yes. Send a reference — a photo, a sketch, or even a description — and our designers will build print-ready artwork for you.
Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?
Yes. We offer custom Pantone matching on UV-printed tags so your motel keychains match your brand exactly.
Can you individually number each keychain?
Yes — send a spreadsheet or list of your room or unit numbers. This is standard for our Bulk Numbered Tag Set and any full-property rollout.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited, and always free, until you approve the mockup.

Production & Shipping

How long does production take?
About ten business days from approved mockup for standard styles, and slightly longer for leatherette or custom die-cut shapes.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes. Rush is available for firm property-opening or renovation deadlines — tell us your in-hands date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Where do you ship?
Nationwide across the U.S., and internationally on request. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity and destination. Motel keychains are compact and durable, so bulk orders are economical to ship.
Can you ship to multiple properties?
Yes. Provide a distribution list with your order and we’ll split the shipment across locations.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We make it right. If an order arrives defective or does not match your approved mockup, we remake or replace the affected items.

Pricing & Payment

How much do motel keychains cost?
Bulk pricing is by quote; pricing improves steadily as the run grows. Each product page shows its range.
Why don’t you list exact prices?
Price depends on quantity, material, and decoration method. A quote is the only accurate number — and we return one within a business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and purchase orders for established hotel groups and management companies.
Do you offer a price-match or lowest-price guarantee?
Yes. If you have a comparable written quote, we’ll match or beat it — that’s our lowest-price guarantee.

Product & Care

What colors and materials are available?
Walnut wood, Matte black acrylic, Clear acrylic, Brass hardware, and custom Pantone-matched print, across fob, wood tag, backlit, leatherette, and bulk numbered styles.
Is the engraving or printing really permanent?
Yes. Laser engraving is burned into the material and cannot peel or fade. Full-color UV print cures into the surface and resists scratching and fading under normal indoor and outdoor use.
What are the keychains made of?
Cast acrylic, solid walnut wood, or PU leatherette over a brass frame, each with a nickel-plated or brass split ring.
How do I care for or clean them?
Wipe with a damp cloth as needed. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight for wood and leatherette pieces, which can fade or dry out over years of exposure; acrylic and brass hold up well outdoors.
